In 2021, the Coalition on Aging Board established a Champion for Aging Award that is given at the discretion of the Board of Director.  It recognizes the outstanding contributions of an individual, group or organization in the state who has demonstrated extraordinary commitment to advancing aging issues or makes positive contributions to improve the lives of older adults through their advocacy and policy work.
